VBA Stands for Visual Basic for Applications. There are two words in VBA. Do you about both the words(Application & Software) ? Application :-Application is a program or group of programs designed to perform a task or activity for end user. Visual Basic :-Visual Basic is a programming language. The first version of Visual Basic launched By Microsoft in 1991. Vba is a language what help you to write code to automate the task of applications. Excel-VBA is designed by Microsoft in 1993. Don’t confuse VBA with VB (which stands for Visual Basic). VB is a programming language that lets you create standalone executable programs (.exe files). Although VBA and VB have a lot in common, but they are different.
